She was 74. Black, who was born Karen Ziegler, will be remembered by some for her creepy turn in "Trilogy of Terror." The role earned the Illinois-raised actress an Oscar nomination and Golden Globe award. Her fourth husband, Stephen Eckelberry, said Black died on Aug. 7, 2013.
